Shake Shack is thrilled to announce its collaboration with Flagrant, a locally made hot sauce to introduce the first Wings in the city! The new Flagrant Yuzu Hot Wings is available from now to October 11 across all Shake Shacks in Hong Kong.
The Flagrant Yuzu Hot Wings feature crispy, golden-fried chicken wings made with no antibiotics ever and no added hormones, tossed in a custom sauce crafted with Flagrant’s signature Yuzu Koji Hot Sauce. Drawing inspiration from Yuzu Kosho, the classic Japanese condiment made from fermentation, the sauce combines Japanese rice vinegar, fragrant yuzu zest and Japanese white sugar to create a distinctive flavor profile. Each bite delivers refreshing citrus aromas, layered umami notes and a well-balanced finish that keeps guests coming back for more. Crafted using 100% plant-based ingredients, Flagrant’s signature Hot Sauce delivers a crisp, nuanced flavor and vibrant character. The sauce is also preservative-free, reflecting Flagrant’s commitment to quality ingredients and authentic taste.
