The cake is coated with premium Japanese fresh whipped cream, showcasing a beautiful gradient of lavender purple and pure white through exquisite craftsmanship, with so, textured hues. Two three-dimensional decorative butterflies adorn the top, exuding a graceful and elegant charm. The center is filled with fresh strawberries, sweet Japanese white peaches, and blueberries, accented with exquisite silver leaf. Combined with our homemade white peach jam, it delivers a direct burst of fresh fruit aroma and natural fragrance. The inner layer features a light and fluffy blueberry chiffon cake base, sandwiched with sweet Japanese white peach mousse and fruit pulp. This perfectly blends the subtle tartness of the berries with the crisp sweetness of the white peach, creating a refined, layered, and richly textured taste experience.

New for May: Blueberry Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake

Inspired by early summer hydrangeas, La Famille has launched a blueberry cream cheese chiffon cake, available as a whole cake or individual chiffon cupcakes—perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying on your own. The cake is adorned with lifelike hydrangea-shaped chocolates that cluster together like fresh blooms, capturing the most enchanting essence of May. The exterior is gently enveloped in a delicate blueberry cream cheese layer, where fruity and creamy notes intertwine to create a rich, layered flavor; the interior features a light blueberry chiffon cake base, artfully sandwiched with bergamot jelly and homemade blueberry jam.
