The limited-time offerings, available from November 14, 2023 until January 14, 2024, shine a seasonal spotlight on this rare and luxurious ingredient which is even more fragrant and flavorful than black truffle. Known as “the king of the mushroom kingdom,” white truffles grow in limited climates off the roots of specific tree species and cannot be cultivated, which explains why they are almost four times more expensive than their black counterparts. This also explains why most white truffle oils on the market are made using artificial flavoring. Generally, you can only find real white truffles at fine dining restaurants, but now we’re bringing the fine dining experience to your local Shack. White Truffle Burger – A follow-up to our most popular limited-time burger ever in Hong Kong, the Black Truffle Burger, this elevated version features a 100% all-natural Angus beef Emmental cheeseburger topped with real white truffle sauce made with white truffle oil and a scattering of crispy sweet onions on a toasted potato bun.

White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger – A crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with real white truffle sauce made with white truffle oil, and finished with shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun.

White Truffle Fries – Our crispy crinkle-cuts, topped with parmesan cheese and served with real white truffle sauce made with white truffle oil.
