To celebrate the 20th Anniversary Shokunin Festival, sen-ryo presents an exclusive gourmet experience featuring live oysters flown in directly from Japan, perfectly paired with artisan-crafted sake. From 13 February to 2 April, indulge in Aioi oysters from Aioi Bay, Samurai oysters from Seto Inner Harbour in Japan’s Hyōgo Prefecture, and fresh Takagi oysters, also from Hyōgo Prefecture.
