Inspired by Kato’s figurative-meets-folk masterpieces, ANTEPRIMA weaves together contemporary style with raw, ancient-inspired elements to inhabits a space between reality and the spirit worlds.
With a vision to transform art-meets-fashion into a shared beauty, ANTEPRIMA has unveiled “Essential Code” — a curated collection featuring seasonal must-have pieces. Meticulously crafted, this season’s essentials are reimagined through the visionary lens of Izumi Kato, effortlessly creating stylish yet comfortable wardrobe. Everyday essentials such as polo shirts, knits perfect for layering over shirts, and mid-length trousers enable richly layered ensembles. Echoing this season’s theme, each piece subtly incorporates Izumi Kato’s signature artwork – alien-like motif appears on garment backs or as embroidered patches adorning pockets and hem edges. This adds a playful touch while showcasing an effortlessly refined artistic sensibility.
