- Programme Period & Eligibility
- Campaign Dates: Lane Crawford Beauty Stamp Card 2.0 Programme (“Programme”) is valid from June 4, 2026, to July 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Participating Locations: Stamps can only be earned through purchases made in-store at Lane Crawford Times Square.
- Exclusions: Purchases made on lanecrawford.com are not eligible for this Programme.
- Earning Digital Stamps
- Spend Requirement: Members will receive one (1) Digital Stamp for every net spend of HK$500 on Beauty & Wellbeing products in a single transaction.
- Brand Inclusion: Purchases at all Beauty counters and brands within participating Lane Crawford stores are eligible for stamp collection.
- Stamp Cap & Cycling:
- There is no limit to the total number of stamps a member can earn and redeem throughout the Programme Period, provided each transaction can earn a maximum of 30 stamps.
- A member’s Digital Stamp Card can hold a maximum of 30 stamps at any one time.
- Stamp Registration Period: Each transaction must be registered within 7 days of purchase and no later than 31 July 2026, whichever is earlier.
- Reward Redemption
- Redemption Tiers: The programme features 5 Reward Tiers, where members receive 1 Gift after accumulating the required number of stamps at each Tier:
- 1st Gift: 5 Stamps at HK$2,500 spend
- 2nd Gift: 10 Stamps at HK$5,000 spend
- 3rd Gift: 15 Stamps at HK7,500 spend
- 4th Gift: 20 Stamps at HK10,000 spend
- 5th Gift: 30 Stamps at HK15,000 spend
- Reward Selection: Upon reaching each Tier, members can choose from available reward options at “Offers”. Please select your preferred reward while stocks last and on or before 31 July, 2026.
- Redemption Tiers: The programme features 5 Reward Tiers, where members receive 1 Gift after accumulating the required number of stamps at each Tier:
- Redemption Mechanism
- Digital QR Code: To collect a physical reward or service, members must access the Member Center via their E-Wallet and generate a Digital Redemption QR Code.
- Collection: This QR Code must be presented to the specific Brand Counter or Concierge staff for scanning to release the gift or service. Screenshots of QR codes will not be accepted.
- Availability: All rewards, including products and services, are subject to availability and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while weekly quotas last. Lane Crawford and participating brands reserve the right to substitute rewards with items of similar value without prior notice.
- Referral Programme
- Referral Code Sharing: Members can share their referral code via the “Refer a Friend” (“Referral”) section and click “Share Code”. Friends who successfully register using the “Referral Code” may enjoy referral programme benefits in accordance with the terms below.
- Lane Crawford Exclusive Experience: Members who follow Lane Crawford on Instagram or Xiaohongshu may redeem 1 experience or gift with the designated voucher, subject to weekly availability at participating stores. Each voucher can be used once only. Please refer to the voucher details or Lane Crawford’s social media channels for more information.
- Shop Together to Enjoy Extra Stamp: Referrer and referee who shop together and collect stamps (each with a minimum spend of HK$500 on Beauty & Wellbeing products), and have followed Lane Crawford on Instagram or Xiaohongshu, may redeem the voucher to receive 1 bonus stamp. Each voucher can be used once only.
- Referral Programme Cap: During the Programme Period, each member may enjoy each type of referral reward up to 3 times.
- General Terms
- Non-Transferable: Digital Stamps and Redemption QR Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Returns: If the rewards obtained from the relevant transaction have already been selected or used, the transaction will not be eligible for return or refund. If no rewards have been selected or used and the transaction is subsequently returned or refunded, Lane Crawford reserves the right to deduct the corresponding stamps and related tier rewards or coupons from the member’s account.
