During the Lunar New Year season, Times Square will blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics to present a series of captivating live performances, on-the-spot creations, and interactive experiences packed with blessings and artisanal surprises, inviting everyone to celebrate a prosperous Year of the Horse!
Hand-written Fai Chun Blessings
Times Square specially arranges on-site Fai Chun calligraphy ahead of Lunar New Year, delivering handwritten blessings with traditional ink and brush. Team Times members can redeem an exclusive hand-written Fai Chun upon any same-day electronic spending at Times Square on designated dates. Award-winning calligrapher Ip Mei Fung will be writing for visitors, and on 4 February, renowned master Chan Kam Fat will make a special appearance to share his New Year blessings. Since 1997, Master Chan has written Fai Chun for the public every year, beloved for his unique “dynamic Chan-style” script which is lively strokes full of rhythm.

Classic Street Snacks Corner
Local master artisans will showcase the traditional craft of dragon’s beard candy and Chinese-style glutinous rice rolls (mochi). Upon on-site donation of HK$20, enjoy one box of handcrafted dragon’s beard candy or mochi and savour the timeless flavours of old Hong Kong street snacks!

Music Performances
During the Lunar New Year period, Times Square presents a series of live music performances that fuse traditional festive melodies with contemporary rhythms, preserving classic charm while showcasing innovative energy for a joyful, overflowing holiday experience. Live performances include Chinese-Western fusion sets by local Band DIZonant, who blend traditional Chinese elements with modern jazz arrangements in a bold and innovative way. Other dates include traditional Chinese music performances, and energetic a cappella performances that showcase pure vocal harmony, rhythm, and emotional depth, adding diverse artistic richness to the celebrations.

- Sales transaction must fall on the same day of the activity. Receipts that are out of the activity dates are not accepted. Each valid receipt is eligible for participation in the activity for ONCE.
- Customers are required to download Hong Kong Times Square and register as Team Times member (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) to participate in the activities. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.

- Donation box and designated electronic donation QR codes (only include Octopus and PayMe) will be placed at redemption venue and no change is available. The fund raised by the above campaign will be donated to “The Community Chest of Hong Kong”.
- Customers must redeem the gift or activity quota in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf will not be accepted.
- Times Square Limited reserves the right to capture the images of corresponding electronic donation slip(s) for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if customers refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
