The Hong Kong-exclusive “Dabang Pork Back Ribs Tteokbokki Pot” has been winning hearts with its tender pork back ribs, slow- stewed for over 12 hours in secret Korean sauce, paired with the signature 35cm extra-long chewy tteokbokki. The rich, meaty broth perfectly complements the succulent pork, creating a deeply satisfying meal.
For diners seeking an extra kick, Young Dabang is introducing a bold new flavor option for this beloved pot. Starting April 16, the “Dabang Pork Back Rib Mala Mania Tteokbokki Pot” will be available with a brand-new “Mala Mania Sauce”, in addition to the original Korean spicy braised pork rib sauce.
The “Mala Mania Sauce” delivers a numbing, aromatic, and pleasantly tingling heat that enhances the rich flavor of the pork back ribs. To go with this bold new sauce, Young Dabang has picked three special ingredients:
