T&C of HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher (TSBR2504):

1. This e-Voucher can only be used for spending at the participating merchants at Times Square and valid for 14 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Voucher will neither be extended nor re-issued.
2. ONE HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher(TSBR2504) can be used upon spending of HK$100 or above at the participating merchant at Times Square. A maximum of THREE HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher (TSBR2504) can be used in each transaction.
3. E-Vouchers used in a single transaction must be from the same member’s account. Requesting merchants to split bills is not allowed.
4. This e-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with other coupons/ vouchers issued by Times Square, except for the “HK$100 BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher (TSBOC2504)”.
5. Members can use a maximum of THREE “HK$100 BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher (TSBOC2504)” and THREE “HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher (TSBR2504)” in a single transaction, for a total of 6 e-vouchers.
6. When spending at designated dining merchants (if applicable), this e-Voucher is valid only for dine-in and not applicable to takeaway, self-pickup, or platform ordering services.
7. Each e-Voucher can be used once only and is not reusable.
8. This e-Voucher must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
9. This e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase any gift cards, vouchers, pure gold grain or pure gold bars, or to top up merchant stored-value cards.
10. This e-Voucher is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Voucher used for sale.
11. All transactions with the use of e-Voucher are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).
12. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Voucher without prior notice.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

T&C of HK$100 BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher (TSBOC2504):

1. This e-Voucher is valid for use only within 14 days from the date of issue at the designated merchants in Times Square and will be invalid if expired. Expired e-Voucher will not be re-issued.
2.  ONE “HK$100 BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher (TSBOC2504)” can be used upon spending of HK$100 at the designated merchant in Times Square. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the e-Voucher must be settled by BOC Credit Card issued in Hong Kong, and CANNOT be settled by gift cards, vouchers, or coupons. The designated merchant list or information is subject to change without prior notice. The online version of the participating merchant list shall be considered final. Members should inform the staff of the participating merchants prior to use.
3. Members can use a maximum of THREE “HK$100 BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher (TSBOC2504)” and THREE “HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher (TSBR2504)” in a single transaction, a total of SIX e-vouchers.
4. E-Vouchers used in a single transaction must be from the same member’s account. Requesting merchants to split bills is not allowed.
5. This e-Voucher CANNOT be used in conjunction with other coupons or vouchers issued by Times Square, except for the “HK$100 Times Square e-Voucher (TSBR2504)”.

10. Lost, damaged, or stolen e-Vouchers will not be re-issued, and neither Times Square Limited nor BOC Credit Card (International) Limited shall bear any responsibility.
11. This e-Voucher cannot be altered, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash / gifts / other face value of coupons. No changes or refunds after use.
12. The e-Voucher must be accessed via a smartphone (iOS or Android) with internet browsing capabilities via the Times Square App while using.
13. Times Square Limited reserves the right to reclaim or cancel the e-Voucher used for resale purposes.
14. All transactions using e-Vouchers are NOT eligible for refund at the merchants; and only eligible for exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each designated merchant.
15. Times Square Limited reserves the right to amend its terms & conditions and the list of participating merchants in relation to the use of this e-Voucher without prior notice.
16. For any inquiries, claims, or complaints arising from the validity or use of e-Vouchers by customers, the relevant designated merchants shall bear full responsibility.
17. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and BOC Credit Card (International) Limited shall be the final.
18. In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of the above terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion period is from 1 Apr – 31 May, 2025. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall on the same day. The last redemption date is 31 May, 2025. Receipts that are out of the Promotion Period are not accepted. Spending on different transaction days cannot be accumulated for redemption.
2. Customers are required to download Hong Kong Times Square APP and register as Team Times member to join this promotion and enjoy the rewards. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.
3. Each member can redeem Times Square Basic Reward and BOC Credit Card Extra Reward of each spending tier once on each day, and redeem rewards of each spending tier a maximum of 3 times during the entire promotion period. Each eligible receipt can only be used for reward redemption once. Daily quota is calculated independently and cannot be merged or accumulated.
4. Daily quotas apply for each reward, and redemption is on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. The redemption will be terminated once the rewards are fully redeemed without prior notice. Members can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counter.
5. Members must redeem the gift in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.
6. Redemption of “Times Square Basic Reward” (Reward 1) is only applicable to designated electronic payment methods, including EPS, Credit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, BoC Pay, PayMe by HSBC and UnionPay App.
7. Redemption of “BOC Credit Card Extra Reward” (Reward 2) is only applicable to Physical cards of BOC Credit Cards, BOC Dual Currency Credit Cards and BOC Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong bearing thelogo (the “Eligible Credit Cards”), or transactions made by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Huawei Pay with these physical cards (if applicable) (“Eligible Mobile Payments”) but excluding BOC Credit Cards issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Cards, Private Label Cards and Intown Cards. All transactions made via Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay CN, WeChat Pay CN, UnionPay App, BoC Pay, BoC Pay+ and other designated payment means / e-Wallets as decided by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited, and split transactions will not be accepted. Transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple merchant machine-printed invoices or payment slips with same or different credit card(s) to participate in this Program. Multiple redemptions by the same customer with different “Team Times” member accounts will not be accepted.
8. Each Eligible Customer who redeem Reward 1 and Reward 2 at the same time must present their Eligible physical Credit Card and/or Eligible Mobile Payment (include its card face and transaction record )(if applicable) bearing the same card number as imprinted on the payment slips, together with the original copies of the eligible merchant machine-printed invoices and the corresponding payment slips (the “Eligible Receipts”) in person at the designated redemption location on the transaction day within the designated redemption time. Redemption is valid after verification by staff of Times Square. Expired receipts and receipts that are out of the Promotion Period are not accepted. Redemption details are as follows:

Redemption for Reward 1 and Reward 2 is valid after verification by staff of Times Square.

   During redemption, corresponding spending must be settled by the Eligible Customer who made the transaction with the same Eligible Credit Card. A maximum of 3 sets of Eligible Receipts with spending amount no less than HK$100 for each set of Eligible Receipts from different merchants in Times Square on the same transaction day with the same Eligible Credit Card can be accumulated for each redemption. The customer redeeming the Reward(s) must be the Eligible Credit Cardholder and the Team Times member.

9. Each set of eligible Receipts can only be used to redeem Reward 1 and Reward 2 once for the designated spending tier. The reward redeemed cannot be exchanged. Each Member can redeem the Reward(s) once using the spending at the same Eligible Merchant on the same day.
10. Spending amount is counted by individual Eligible Credit Card and only the actual spending amount will be counted (i.e. the net amount after deducting the discounted price / the use of promotion coupon / gift certificate / Gift Card / cash coupon). Spending of different principal credit card and supplementary credit card will be counted separately.
11. During the Promotion Period, for product deposit payments and deposit payments for dining bookings, eligible spending amount is counted by the total value of deposit amount with Eligible Credit Cards and/or Eligible Mobile Payments on the date of placing deposit; for product balance payments and balance payments for dining bookings, eligible spending amount is counted by the total value of balance amount on the date of settling balance. Only the first payment of instalment on the transaction day will be counted for joining this program, and the remaining balance of that instalment transaction is not accepted for joining any promotion program.
12. When redeeming Reward 1, Members are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square’s outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). A maximum of 3 sets of receipts from different merchants with spending amount no less than HK$100 for each set of Eligible Receipts by the same Member can be accumulated for each redemption. Cash, Reward Cash, Cash Dollar, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted. To be eligible for redemption, all machine-printed receipt(s) and electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record (s) of logged-in mobile payment App must be supplemented with the corresponding physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/Octopus Card(s), showing the same name/card number of the Member. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Members to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if Members refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
13. When redeeming Reward 2, Staff reserve the right to record the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the Eligible Credit Card (if applicable), and spending amount of each eligible receipt and make copies of the information stated on the Eligible Receipts or relevant electronic payment receipts during Reward redemption and registration for the purpose of verification. By providing the above information for Reward registration and redemption, the customer is deemed to have understood the purpose of such collection of personal data and have agreed on the collection of related data. The personal information collected is limited for the use of this Program only and will be destroyed 3 months after the Program has ended.
14. This Program does not accept the transaction from non-designated retail merchants, including but not limited to the receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504B Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), Pop-up stores and Bazaar. Applicable transactions do not include online or out-of-store payments/transfers, value-adding receipts, purchases of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payments; spending with the usage of tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards; receipts from bank charges, membership fee payments (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club),utilities bill payments, office tenant transactions, unposted/unauthorised transactions, transactions without credit card sales slips/merchant sales receipts (such as online purchases, mail/fax/phone orders or charity donations), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payments, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private or corporate functions at F&B outlets; reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services, stored-value cards or any value added to or transactions with stored-value cards. Receipts for any cancelled, refunded, or exchanged transactions or derived from exchanged, forged, fraudulent or other trades decided by Times Square or any ineligible transaction designated by Times Square Limited/ BOC Credit Card (International) Limited will not be accepted.
15. Redemption is only eligible for customers with original copies of the payment slips and merchant machine-printed invoices issued by the Eligible Merchants within the opening hours. Customer’s payment slips issued by the Eligible Merchants must clearly state the credit card number, merchant name, transaction date, spending amount, valid authorization code and customer’s signature (if applicable); whereas the merchant name, transaction date, spending amount and purchased items must be clearly stated on the merchant machine-printed invoices. Credit card statements or photocopies of payment slips / merchant machine-printed invoices are not accepted. If a customer fails to present the original copies of the payment slips and merchant machine-printed invoices and/or the relevant Physical Eligible Credit Cards and/or its Eligible Mobile Payment (include its card face and transaction records) on the transaction day, or if the information provided by the customer is incomplete for any reason, the customer will not be eligible for redemption.
16. Any photocopied, amended, handwritten or reprinted invoices / payment slips and / receipts or credit card statement are not accepted. Times Square Limited reserves the right not to accept any receipts that are suspected to be invalid, forged, or issued for spurious transactions, or on other grounds, without any need for explanation. Cancelled, refunded, forged, or unsettled transactions and any other transactions as designated by BOC Credit Card (International) Limited are not eligible for Reward redemption. Transaction date and time of BOC Credit Card (International) Limited’s record shall prevail.
17. All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
18. All rewards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption. Times Square Limited reserves the right to reclaim or cancel the e-Voucher used for resale purposes.
19. e-Vouchers (Including Times Square e-Voucher and BOC Credit Card exclusive e-Voucher) are valid for use only within 14 days from the date of issue at the designated participating merchants in Times Square and will be invalid if expired. Terms and conditions apply. Customers should refer to e- Vouchers for respective usage terms and details.
20. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Voucher without prior notice.
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.
