General Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period is from 18 September to 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive). Sales transactions and reward must fall on the same day. Receipts that are out of the Promotion Period are not accepted. In the event that a customer attains the requisite spending threshold and the original merchant receipt is issued after 10:00 PM on the date of purchase, the customer shall be entitled to redeem the offer on the immediately following day upon presentation of the eligible transaction receipt and corresponding eligible card.
2. Each eligible receipt set can only be used once and may be applied toward either ‘Basic Rewards (including Extra Reward)’ or ‘VIC Exclusive Privileges’. Qualifying spending for ‘Basic Rewards’ and ‘Extra Reward’ must be from the same-day electronic spending. Members must first meet the requirements for redeeming ‘Basic Rewards’ before being eligible to redeem the ‘Extra Reward’.
3. Rewards have a limited total quota for the entire promotional period, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The redemption will be terminated once the rewards are fully redeemed without prior notice. Members can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counter.
4. Members must redeem the gift in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.
5. Redemption is only applicable to designated electronic payment methods, including EPS, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, BoC Pay, PayMe by HSBC and UnionPay App.
6. Members are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square’s outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). A maximum of 3 sets of receipts from different merchants by the same Member can be accumulated for each redemption. Cash, FPS, Reward Cash, Cash Dollar, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted. To be eligible for redemption, all machine-printed receipt(s) and electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record (s) of logged-in mobile payment App must be supplemented with the corresponding physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s),/ showing the same name/card number of the Member. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Members to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if Members refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
7. In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are NOT applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:
   1. Online or out of store payment/ transfer, value-adding receipts, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment;
   2. Spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards;
   3. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets;
   4. Reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services;
   5. Receipts for deposit payments for F&B or any merchandise;
   6. Duplicate receipts, photocopied receipts, splitting of receipts and handwritten receipts;
   7. Receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), as well as receipts from Pop-up and Bazaar, are not eligible for the related promotions.
8. Only the first payment of instalment on the transaction day will be counted for joining this program, and the remaining balance of that instalment transaction is not accepted for joining any promotion program.
9. All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
10. All rewards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption. Times Square Limited reserves the right to reclaim or cancel the rewards used for resale purposes.
11. To ensure fairness, employees of Times Square merchants are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

‘Basic Rewards (including Extra Reward)’ Terms & Conditions

1. Customers or VIC members must register as a ‘Team Times’ member via the Times Square Mobile App to participate in this reward redemption. Customers must hold a valid Team Times member account to be eligible for the ‘Basic Rewards’ and ‘Extra Reward’. Each customer may only register as a member once. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request members to present proof of identity for verification purposes.
2. Each eligible member is limited to redeem either the ‘Basic Rewards (Rewards 1 – 4 including Extra Reward)’ or ‘VIC Exclusive Privileges (Rewards 5 – 7)’ a maximum of once per day. Both cannot be redeemed simultaneously. Each eligible receipt set can only be used once. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional activities or offers (except for VIC Points accumulation, complimentary parking offers and Mastercard Travel Rewards Expert Spending Reward).
3. Qualifying spending for Basic Rewards and Extra Reward must be from the same same-day electronic spending. Members must first meet the requirements for redeeming ‘Basic Rewards’ before being eligible to redeem ‘Extra Reward’.
4. HK$50 e-Coupons are valid for use only within 14 days from the date of issue at the designated participating merchants in Times Square and will be invalid if expired. Terms and conditions apply. Customers should refer to e- Coupons and contact participating merchants for details for respective usage terms and details.

‘VIC Exclusive Privileges’ Terms & Conditions

1. Each eligible member is limited to redeem either the ‘Basic Rewards (Rewards 1 – 4 including Extra Reward)’ or ‘VIC Exclusive Privileges (Rewards 5 – 7)’ a maximum of once per day. Both cannot be redeemed simultaneously. Each VIC Members are limited to redeeming Reward 5 – 7 a maximum of two times each during the promotion period. Each eligible receipt set can only be used once. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional activities or offers (except for VIC Points accumulation, complimentary parking offers and Mastercard Travel Rewards Expert Spending Reward).
2. ‘VIC Exclusive Privileges’ Rewards 5 – 6 are applicable to all VIC and Tourist VIC members who have completed the member registration on or before the date of purchase. Reward 7 is only applicable to existing Black & Gold members.
3. The validity period of VIC e-Voucher is from now until 31 January 2027. Expired and unused e-Coupon will neither be extended nor re-issued. Terms and conditions apply. Member should refer to e-Vouchers and contact participating merchants for details for respective usage terms and details.

Terms & Conditions of HK$50 e-Coupon (TSFIR2609)

1. This e-Coupon can only be used for spending at the participating merchant at Times Square and valid for 14 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Coupon will neither be extended nor re-issued.
2. ONE HK$50 e-Coupon (TSFIR2609) can be used upon spending of HK$100 or above at the participating merchant at Times Square. A maximum of TWENTY HK$50 e-Coupon (TSFIR2609) can be used in each transaction.
3. Each transaction can only use e-Coupons under the same member’s account.
4. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with VIC e-Vouchers or other coupons/vouchers issued by Times Square.
5. Each e-Coupon can be redeemed once only.
6. When spending at designated dining merchants (if applicable), this e-Coupon is valid only for dine-in and not applicable to takeaway, self-pickup, or platform ordering services.
7. This e-Coupon must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
8. This e-Coupon cannot be used to purchase any gift cards, vouchers, pure gold grain or pure gold bars, or to top up merchant stored-value cards. The usage of the e-Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of each participating merchant, please check with the participating merchants for details. The details & terms are subject to change without prior notice.
9. This e-Coupon is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Coupon used for sale.
10. All transactions with the use of e-Coupon are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).
11. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Coupon without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

Terms & Conditions of VIC e-Voucher

1. The validity period of VIC e-Voucher is from now until 31 January 2027.
2. VIC e-voucher are applicable for any purchase in the participating shops, not applicable to purchase vouchers or gift cards.
3. VIC e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with VIC Dining Voucher, VIC Beauty e-Vouchers, Times Square gift card and other Times Square e-Coupon / promotions / privileges. Otherwise, the e-vouchers of the transaction will be counted as invalid.
4. VIC e-vouchers cannot be exchanged to cash or other gifts.
5. Multiple different value of e-vouchers of same category can be used in one transaction by one VIC account. Each e-voucher can be used once only.
6. VIC e-vouchers cannot be redeemed, or purchase cash or gift card and no value can be transferred to another e-voucher. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
7. VIC e-vouchers will not be accepted or replaced if expired. Photocopy or any form of copy of e-voucher will not be accepted.
8. Any transactions exceeding the face value amount of this e-voucher should be settled by the customer.
9. Times Square Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute and has the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
