Nick and Judy are joined by exciting new and old friends in stunning 1:1 scale character models. Iconic scenes are brought to life, paired with dazzling lights and a towering 4.8-meter Christmas tree, creating an absolutely enchanting festive atmosphere.
Dive into interactive fun with face-painting experiences, headband workshops, Zootizen Resident Card redemptions, and “Solve the Case” mission! You can also send postcards stamped with exclusive seal. It’s the ultimate Zoo-tastic party for kids and adults alike—come celebrate with Zootizens and make this holiday season warm, wild, and unforgettable!
Open Piazza Goes “Zoo-tastic” New Characters Make Their Debut
At the entrance, the massive “Welcome to Zootopia 2” sign sparkles with dazzling lights, inviting everyone into the dreamlike realm of “Where Anyone Can Be Anything”, officially kicking off the tour in Zootopia!
The “Central Station”, aglow with festive lights, instantly whisks you into the heart of Zootopia! Venture onward and you’ll spot the Zoo-tastic Train—complete with standard doors and, of course, adorable mini doors for small animals, a cute and thoughtful touch that reflects the city’s everyday life. Step aboard to meet the brand-new characters: Gary De’Snake, quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby, and lizard Jesús—all ready for up-close selfies! The posters inside the train feature vibrant ads from Zootopia, fully immersing you in this lively metropolis.
As Nick steps out of the train, directly across awaits the Marsh Market, a brand-new district from Zootopia 2! Russ and Nibbles are already here to greet you!
The vintage cabin beside the Marsh Market sign transforms into a tattoo shop, brimming with artistic flair, adorned with paintings and tattoo supplies. On designated dates, join the latest Zootopia face-painting activity, get your favorite character painted on, and dive into the wild, festive party, fully embracing the joyful holiday spirit!
Back at the city-center bus stop, bathed in twinkling lights and surrounded by adorable trees, Flash stands waiting for the bus. Could it be that Flash missed it… because he raised his hand… too… slowly? Right beside the bus stop, the ever-vigilant Officer Judy patrols with boundless energy next to her police car.
Follow the zebra crossing to the traffic island, then cross another to discover a towering 4.8-meter Christmas tree! Adorned with character-themed ornaments and surrounded by a pile of colorful gift boxes at its base, the tree radiates festive cheer.
Nearby, Benjamin Clawhauser is gleefully snapping selfies, his phone’s special mirror design is perfect for multi-angle selfies! The adjacent lamp post is decorated with traffic lights of varying sizes, while the mailbox beside it features mail slots in different dimensions.
2/F Atrium: Festive Shopping with Zootizens Christmas Tree with Donuts & Pawpsicles
Take the escalator, transform into different animal characters as you head to the 2/F Atrium and continue your Zootopia adventure! The festive vibe is alive here too! The Christmas tree dazzles with donut and Pawpsicle ornaments, bursting with color and holiday spirit! All your favorite Zootopia residents are gathered: Judy, Nick, Flash, Winddancer, Gazelle, Clawhauser, Chief Bogo, Nibbles, and more—joyfully shopping for heartfelt gifts and inviting you to join the fun, snap photos, and check in for a lively, heartwarming holiday! At the Atrium, you can also take the bullet lifts with zootizens to explore more surprises across the mall!

First, secure your Zootizen Resident Card! Register as a Team Times member and donate HK$20 or more to The Community Chest to redeem a Zootizen Resident Card postcard. Available in multiple sizes for different animal scales! After redemption, head to the 13/F stamping station for the exclusive stamp. Transform the Resident Card into a postcard and drop it into the matching mailbox slot beside the Christmas tree at the Open Piazza, we’ll mail it free of charge to any local address.
