MIORI takes its name from “味を織る,” meaning “to weave flavours together.” Rooted in the delicacy of Japanese cuisine and blended with the techniques and flavours of Western cooking, MIORI brings together dishes ranging from omurice and pasta to sushi and sashimi, creating its own expression of Japanese-western dining.
