T&C of HK$100 Shopping e-Coupon:

1. This e-Coupon can only be used for spending at the participating merchant at Times Square and valid for 14 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Coupon will neither be extended nor re-issued.
2. ONE $100 Shopping e-Coupon (TSNYNS2601) can be used upon spending of HK$200 or above at the participating merchant at Times Square. A maximum of TEN $100 Shopping e-Coupons (TSNYNS2601) can be used in each transaction.
3. Each transaction can only use e-Coupons under the same member’s account.
4. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/vouchers issued by Times Square.
5. Each e-Coupon can be redeemed once only.
6. This e-Coupon must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
7. This e-Coupon cannot be used to purchase any gift cards, vouchers, pure gold grain or pure gold bars, or to top up merchant stored-value cards. The usage of the e-Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of each participating merchant, please check with the participating merchants for details. The details & terms are subject to change without prior notice.
8. This e-Coupon is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Coupon used for sale.
9. All transactions with the use of e-Coupon are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).
10. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Coupon without prior notice.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion period is from 10 January 2026 – 31 January 2026. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall on the same day. Receipts that are out of the Promotion Period are not accepted.
2. Customers are required to download Hong Kong Times Square APP and register as Team Times member to join this promotion and enjoy the rewards. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.
3. Each member can redeem the Reward once on each day. Each valid receipt is eligible for a single redemption registration and cannot be used across multiple reward programs, with the exception of VIC points accumulation and free parking offer.
4. The redemption will be terminated once the rewards are fully redeemed without prior notice. Members can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counter.
5. Members must redeem the gift in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.
6. Redemption is only applicable to designated electronic payment methods, including EPS, Credit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, BoC Pay, PayMe by HSBC and UnionPay App.
7. Members are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square’s outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). A maximum of 3 sets of receipts from different merchants by the same Member can be accumulated for each redemption. Cash, Reward Cash, Cash Dollar, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted. To be eligible for redemption, all machine-printed receipt(s) and electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record (s) of logged-in mobile payment App must be supplemented with the corresponding physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/Octopus Card(s), showing the same name/card number of the Member. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Members to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if Members refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
8. In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are NOT applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:
   a. Online or out of store payment/ transfer, value-adding receipts, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment;
   b. Spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards;
   c. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets;
   d. Reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services;
   e. Receipts for deposit payments for F&B or any merchandise;
   f. Duplicate receipts, photocopied receipts, splitting of receipts and handwritten receipts;
   g. Receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), as well as receipts from Pop-up and Bazaar, are not eligible for the related promotions.
9. Only the first payment of instalment on the transaction day will be counted for joining this program, and the remaining balance of that instalment transaction is not accepted for joining any promotion program.
10. All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
11. All rewards are non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption. Times Square Limited reserves the right to reclaim or cancel the rewards used for resale purposes.
12. e-Coupons are valid for use only within 14 days from the date of issue at the designated participating merchants in Times Square and will be invalid if expired. Terms and conditions apply. Customers should refer to e- Coupons and contact participating merchants for details for respective usage terms and details.
13. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Coupon without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.
