Times Square turns into Zootopia’s festive stage, packed with fun interactive experiences and games, from becoming a Zootizen to face-painting, headband workshops, and “Solve the Case” mission game. Complete missions to redeem limited-edition gifts! Jump into the Zoo-tastic Celebration now!
Step 1: “Be a Zootizen”
First, secure your Zootizen Resident Card! Register as a Team Times member and donate HK$20 or more to The Community Chest to redeem a Zootizen Resident Card postcard. Available in multiple sizes for different animal scales! After redemption, head to the 13/F stamping station for the exclusive stamp. Transform the Resident Card into a postcard and drop it into the matching mailbox slot beside the Christmas tree at the Open Piazza, we’ll mail it free of charge to any local address. Spread the holiday joy and invite friends to join the Zootopia family!

Mission: Help Detective Judy to Solve the Case
Zootopia needs you! Gazelle’s highly anticipated concert is in jeopardy—key items have gone missing. With Judy busy tracking down Gary, it’s up to you to solve the case! Get your mission card at the 5/F Redemption Counter, follow the clues around Times Square, solve the puzzles, and locate the missing items. Complete all tasks to redeem a limited-edition gift, collect both phases for an extra grand prize!
