5. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discount and cash coupons (Excluding LUBUDS Cash Vouchers).
6. The Offer is subject to a fixed quota for the whole Promotion Period on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. The use of any Eligible Mastercard cards is subject to relevant cardholder terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by Mastercard Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited (“Mastercard”).
8. Mastercard and Merchant reserve the right to amend, suspend, cancel or terminate the whole or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and shall not bear any responsibility arising out of or in connection with such amendment, suspension, cancellation or termination.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
10. In case of disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of LUBUDS Group, Mastercard and the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
11. In case of any inconsistency or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. How to Redeem:
Present the original eligible receipt* from the same day at a Blooms Coffee store located within the participating mall. Show the receipt and agree to allow Blooms Coffee to stamp and photocopy it for record-keeping, and you will receive one designated coffee for free.
Receipts that are not from the same day or photocopies of receipts will not be accepted.

*In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are NOT applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:
1. Online or out of store payment/ transfer, value-adding receipts, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment;
2. Spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards;
3. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets;
4. Reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services;
5. Receipts for deposit payments for F&B or any merchandise;
6. Duplicate receipts, photocopied receipts, splitting of receipts and handwritten receipts;
7. Receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), as well as receipts from Pop-up and Bazaar, are not eligible for the related promotions.
