T&C of Times Square HK$500 Times Square Gift Card:

1. The promotion period runs from 1 September to 30 September 2025. All purchases and reward redemptions must be completed within the specified period.
2. Customers must register as a Team Times member via the Times Square mobile application to participate in the reward redemption. Each customer may register as a member only once. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request identity verification documents for confirmation purposes.
3. During the promotional period, Team Times members who use designated credit cards issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (BOCOM) in mainland China in participating merchants at Times Square and same-day single spending of HKD30,000 or above can redeem one HKD 500 Times Square Gift Card.
4. Transaction amount is counted on individual card basis (by Credit Card Number), and only the actual transaction amount will be counted (Only the net amount after discount price / the use of promotion coupon / cash coupon will be counted).  The transaction amount by the Principal and Supplementary card under the same Customer will be calculated separately.
5. To redeem the Rewards, the Cardholders are required to present the printed sales slip issued by the merchant, credit card sales slip and designated credit card (the credit card number must be the same and consistent) at the Bank of Communications redemption counter located at the 5/F on the transaction date. No authorization by the third party is allowed.
6. The original sales slip from merchants and the credit card sales slip should state the card number, merchant name, transaction date, transaction amount, valid authorization code and signature of Customers (if applicable) clearly. Any photocopied sales invoices, receipts or sales slips, out-dated receipts, duplicate receipts, damaged receipts are not acceptable.  If the Cardholders fail to present the above information or the information provided is incomplete (for any reason), The Cardholders are not entitled to the offer. All information collected for the Promotion will be destroyed after the promotion.
7. All valid merchant sales invoice and credit card sales slip used for registration and redemption will be stamped by the staff of redemption counter after verification. Split transactions will not be accepted. Cardholders’ transaction from the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales invoices or sales slips to participate in the promotion. Each sales invoice or sales slip can be used once only and cannot be re-used in this promotion.
8. During the promotion period, each member is limited to one redemption only. Limited daily quota, on first come first served basis. Once the rewards are fully redeemed, the redemption activity will end immediately without prior notice. Customers may inquire about reward availability at the redemption counter.
9. Members must personally visit the Redemption Counter at Times Square to redeem their rewards.

10. The Times Square Gift Card is subject to terms and conditions. Once redeemed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Members must log in and present their own BOCOM Pay transaction history page (screenshots are not accepted), Team Times membership page (screenshots are not accepted), original merchant machine-printed receipts (from the same member), and original electronic payment receipts at the redemption counter for participation. Cash payments, Times Square gift cards/vouchers, merchant gift cards/vouchers, and other payment methods are not accepted.
13. Transactions involving top-ups, purchases or use of cash coupons/vouchers/gift cards are not eligible for this promotion. Installment payments, bank fees, membership fees, medical expenses, insurance and investment fees, telecommunication services, bill payment services, parking fees, car grooming services, restaurant wedding banquets, private/commercial banquets, deposits for goods or dining, reprinted receipts, photocopies of receipts, split receipts, or handwritten receipts are not eligible for reward redemption. Treatment services receipts of SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), PicoLabb (Suites 1504B Tower 1), Polyvision (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Pop-up and Bazaar are not accepted for this Promotion.
14. Receipts used for redeemed rewards cannot be refunded by merchants. If a refund is necessary, customers must return the redeemed reward at the redemption counter first.
15. Each valid receipt is eligible for a single redemption registration and cannot be used across multiple reward programs, with the exception of VIC points accumulation and free parking offer.
16. All redeemed rewards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or replaced with other gifts. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Times Square Limited and participating merchants reserve the right to reclaim or cancel rewards used for resale purposes.

18. Employees of Times Square merchants are prohibited from participating in this promotion to ensure fairness.
