- The promotion period is from July 25, 2025, to August 31, 2025. All purchases and reward redemptions must be completed within the specified timeframe.
- During the promotion period, mainland China WeChat Pay users (also known as “Users”) can obtain Times Square exclusive exchange rate coupons by scanning offline materials at the mall or shops or accessing the “WeChat Pay Global Rewards” mini program.
- The WeChat Pay Hong Kong Times Square exclusive exchange rate coupons are only valid for use at Hong Kong Times Square.
- After claiming the coupon, the Preferential Exchange Rate Coupon will automatically apply to the user’s first payment at the merchant during the coupon’s validity period. The user will enjoy a preferential exchange rate, and the system will automatically activate the optimal exchange rate during payment.
- Exchange rate coupons are valid for 30 days after being claimed. Each coupon can only be used for one transaction. If the coupon expires without being used, the usage eligibility will not be reinstated. In special cases near the end of the promotion, the latest usable time for claimed coupons will align with the promotion’s end date.
- Each user can claim up to three Hong Kong Times Square Preferential Exchange Rate Coupon per month, with a chance to upgrade to three Surprise Exchange Rate Coupon. Once the limit is reached, users must wait until the following month to claim additional coupons. Additionally, each merchant has a daily limit on the number of coupons issued, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Users are advised to monitor merchants’ coupon issuance status.
- To prevent misuse, each coupon can only activate preferential exchange rates for up to five unpaid transactions. If the payment interface is accessed more than five times without entering the payment password, the coupon will become invalid. Users are advised to operate cautiously.
- This promotion is exclusively available to mainland China WeChat Pay users (defined as users authenticated with a mainland China ID card and bound to a mainland China mobile number). The same WeChat account, ID card number, mobile number, bank card number, or device will be considered as one user. If users engage in malicious activities such as order manipulation or cash-out schemes, their participation eligibility will be revoked.
- If there is a system failure in issuing coupons, users can return to the page to claim remaining coupons after using their currently active exchange rate coupon.
- Exchange rate discounts apply when orders are paid in foreign currencies supported by WeChat Pay (non-RMB). Exchange rates fluctuate in real-time, and the specific rate will be displayed on the payment page at the time of transaction.
- In case of refunds, only the actual RMB amount paid by the user will be refunded. Exchange rate coupons cannot be reinstated.
- Any changes to this promotion will be announced in updated campaign rules. Please stay informed of any modifications.
T&C of Times Square “Team Times” Members Additional Redemption of HKD 500 Times Square Gift Card:
1. The promotion period runs from July 25, 2025, to August 31, 2025. All purchases and reward redemptions must be completed within the specified period.
2. During the promotional period, Times Square “Team Times” members who use Mainland WeChat Pay in participating physical stores at Times Square and accumulate spending of RMB 30,000 or above can redeem one HKD 500 Times Square Gift Card.
3. This promotion is exclusively available to Mainland China users (individuals who have completed real-name verification using a Mainland China ID card and bound a Mainland China mobile number) and who use the Mainland version of WeChat Pay. Each user may participate in the promotion only once. Users meeting any of the following criteria will be regarded as the same user: same ID card number, same WeChat Pay account, same mobile number, or same device.
4. Customers must register as a Times Square “Team Times” member via the Times Square mobile application to participate in the reward redemption. Each customer may register as a member only once. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request identity verification documents for confirmation purposes.
5. Each member is limited to one redemption only. Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Once the rewards are fully redeemed, the redemption activity will end immediately without prior notice. Customers may inquire about reward availability at the redemption counter.
6. Members must personally visit the redemption counter on the 5th floor of Times Square to redeem their rewards.
7. The Times Square Gift Card is valid until April 30, 2026, and is subject to terms and conditions. Once redeemed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Members must log in and present their own Mainland WeChat Pay transaction history page (screenshots are not accepted), “Team Times” membership page (screenshots are not accepted), original merchant machine-printed receipts (from the same member), and original electronic payment receipts at the redemption counter for participation. Cash payments, Times Square gift cards/vouchers, merchant gift cards/vouchers, and other payment methods are not accepted.
10. Transactions involving top-ups, purchases or use of cash coupons/vouchers/gift cards are not eligible for this promotion. Bank fees, membership fees, medical expenses, insurance and investment fees, telecommunication services, bill payment services, parking fees, car grooming services, restaurant wedding banquets, private/commercial banquets, deposits for goods or dining, installment payments (only the first month’s payment will be considered), reprinted receipts, photocopies of receipts, split receipts, or handwritten receipts are not eligible for reward redemption. Purchases from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), PicoLabb (Suite 1504B Tower 1), Polyvision (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Pop-up stores, Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), and clearance sales are excluded from this promotion.
11. Receipts used for redeemed rewards cannot be refunded by merchants. If a refund is necessary, customers must return the redeemed reward at the redemption counter first.
12. Each valid receipt can only be used for one redemption registration. Rewards can be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers, subject to relevant terms and conditions.
13. All redeemed rewards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or replaced with other gifts. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Times Square Limited and participating merchants reserve the right to reclaim or cancel rewards used for resale purposes.
