Japanese shabu shabu restaurant LE-TA-SU (れたす) from Tokyo has made a splash in Japan with its original solo hotpot experience. With a presence in Shibuya, Nakameguro and Sapporo, Hokkaido, LE-TA-SU made its overseas debut in Hong Kong in July 2024, ready to become the new destination for hotpot fans. Its name means “lettuce” in Japanese and highlights the restaurant’s commitment to sourcing the freshest seasonal vegetables from local farms and driving sustainability. In addition to its five daily gourmet soup bases, the restaurant also takes pride in its extensive selection of premium wagyu beef, pork and seafood imported from Japan and Australia, as well as a tantalising array of dipping sauces, indulging diners in a value-for-money and sumptuous solo shabu shabu experience.
