CHUAN is the collaboration of two great masters in Sichuan cuisine, featuring a vast array of Sichuan classics and Cantonese delights, with artisan dim sums, Sichuan style hotpot and BBQ roast. “Chuan” is the union of two great masters in town: Chef Lee Chi Kwong and Chef Leung Yip Yuen. They have worked in renowned Sichuan restaurants such as San Xi Lou and Golden Valley, leading them to achieve remarkable recognitions like Michelin one-star for 7 consecutive years.

Internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs, Alvin Leung (a.k.a. Demon Chef) and the reclusive culinary genius Chef Cheng Kam-fu (Master Fu), join hands to announce the official partnership of the Michelin one-star restaurant “The Demon Celebrity” with LUBUDS Restaurant Group. They are now situated at Shop 1102 in Times Square, where they collaborate with the renowned Sichuan restaurant – Chuan, breaking new ground with an innovative “Shop-in-Shop” concept that merges the two distinct culinary traditions.

Utilizing the same roof, kitchen, and stoves, this unique setup showcases two vastly different styles: the finesse and subtlety of Cantonese cuisine juxtaposed with the bold and assertive flavors of Sichuan cuisine. This harmonious yet distinct combination promises diners an exciting journey through the tastes of ” Sichuan” and “Cantonese,” while setting a new standard in the world of gastronomy.
