1. The promotion period is from December 1, 2024, to January 1, 2025, inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”). All the sales transaction and prize redemption must fall within the same day.
2. Customers are required to download Hong Kong Times Square APP and register as Team Times member to join this promotion and enjoy the prizes. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.
3. Members must redeem the prize in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.
4. Eligible members who satisfied the Qualifying Spending but original merchant receipts were issued after 9:30pm, can bring along the Eligible Transaction Documents and the Eligible Card to participate in the lucky draw within the next day.
5. Prizes are randomly drawn. Redeemed prizes cannot be returned or replaced.
6. Each member is entitled to a maximum of one lucky draw entry per day during the Promotion Period. Each entry allows for a maximum of three lucky draw chances. Each member is eligible to enter each tier of the lucky draw twice only during the entire promotional period. “Extra Lucky Draw Chance” must be redeemed in conjunction with Tier 1 or Tier 2. Each member is eligible for a maximum of four extra lucky draw chances during the entire promotion period.
7. “Tier 1 or Tier2”:
   a. Each set of eligible original receipt can only be used to redeem prize once. Spending between HK$2,000 – HK$9,999.9 is entitled to 1 instant lucky draw chance only (Max. 3 receipts from different merchants); spending over HK$10,000 is entitled to 2 instant lucky draw chances (Max. 3 receipts from different merchants).
8. “Extra Lucky Draw Chance”:
   1. With a single same-day electronic spending of HK$500 or above at designated F&B outlets in Times Square is entitled to 1 extra instant lucky draw chance.
   2. To enter the lucky draw, the relevant purchase (s) must be made by the same Team Times member.
9. Designated electronic payment methods refer to EPS, Credit Card, Octopus Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay. Alipay, Tap & Go, BoC Pay, PayMe by HSBC and UnionPay QR Code.
10. To join the promotion, Members are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending (If payment is processed through a virtual wallet, the user is required to present the virtual electronic card.); corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square’s outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) (Max. 3 receipts from different merchants). Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). Cash, RewardCash, Cash Dollar, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion.
11. To be eligible for redemption, all machine-printed receipt(s) and electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record (s) of logged-in mobile payment App must be supplemented with the corresponding physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/Octopus Card(s), showing the same name/card number of the Member. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Members to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if Members refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
12. In respect of the Promotion, the following types of transactions or receipts are NOT applicable for that calculation of Eligible Spending:
    1. Online or out of store payment/ transfer, value-adding receipts, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment;
    2. Spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards;
    3. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment (including but not limited to gold club / jewellery club and fitness club), medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment services, car parking fees, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets;
    4. Reloads of e-wallet or Octopus automatic add-value services;
    5. Receipts for deposit payments for F&B or any merchandise;
    6. Duplicate receipts, photocopied receipts, splitting of receipts and handwritten receipts;
    7. Receipts from SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), Sulwhasoo (Suite 1501-3 Tower 1), PICOLABB WELLNESS & REJUVENATION (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A Tower 1), as well as receipts from Pop-up and Bazaar, are not eligible for the related promotions.
13. All purchase receipts used to redeem prizes cannot be refunded at the merchant. If a refund is necessary, please return the redeemed prizes to the redemption office first.
14. All prizes are non-resellable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes and are non-refundable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the rewards for resale purposes.
15. In case of any disputes, the decision of Times Square shall be final.
