A-1 Bakery is collaborating with the famous Japanese coffee brand – Sarutahiko Coffee from Tokyo for the first time to launch a limited-edition coffee dessert collection: “Sarutahiko Rich Coffee Tiramisu Tart” and “Sarutahiko Coffee Mille Crepe”. This collaboration series was developed and supervised by A-1 Bakery’s Japanese Chef managed team and the Sarutahiko team and using Sarutahiko Coffee as the main ingredient. The collection perfectly blended the essence of Japanese coffee and dessert culture with the spirit of Japanese craftsmanship and meticulous techniques.

Undoubtedly, Italian Tiramisu is a representative of classic coffee desserts. In this collaboration, the tart dessert is based on this traditional sweet but with the addition of Sarutahiko Coffee Mascarpone Mousse and Cream, which presents a whole new and impressive Tiramisu flavor! The soft chocolate sponge cake inside the tart is accompanied by hazelnut crumble, creating a unique texture that makes you enjoy every bite. At the same time, almonds and hazelnut, which perfectly complement coffee, are added to the crispy tart crust as well to bring multiple flavor combinations!

The Sarutahiko Coffee Collection also featured A1 Bakery’s signature Mille Crepe Cake. The Sarutahiko Coffee Mille Crepe uses coffeeflavoured crepe and Sarutahiko Coffee custard cream. The crepe cake delivers a rich and intense coffee flavor with a well-balanced taste throughout the entire cake. Additionally, the chocolate sponge cake base and hazelnut chocolate sauce were added to enhance the flavor profile and texture of the cake.
