Modern China Restaurant was founded in Hong Kong in 2002.  Our mission is to provide “quality and innovative” cuisines of Beijing, Sichuan and Shanghai to our valued customers.  In 2002, it was such an honored that we are the first restaurant who had been qualified as a member of the famous French catering association “Chaîne des Rôtisseurs”. In  2006 and 2008, we achieved the award of the “King of Dan Dan Noodle” and “King of small steamed meat buns” accredited by a very honorable award association in the Hong Kong catering industry, “ Board of the King of Catering Award” .
