Terms & Conditions of Dining and Food Forum e-Voucher:

1. This e-Voucher can only be used for spending at the participating F&B outlets at Times Square and valid for 30 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Voucher will neither be extended nor re-issued.
2. ONE $100 Food Forum e-Voucher can be used upon spending of HK$100 or above at the participating F&B outlets at Food Forum of Times Square. A maximum of TWO $100 Food Forum e-Voucher can be used in each transaction.
3. ONE $50 Dining e-Voucher can be used upon spending of HK$50 or above at the participating F&B outlets at Times Square. A maximum of TWO $50 Dining e-Voucher can be used in each transaction.
4. e-Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
5. Each transaction can only use e-vouchers under the same member’s account.
6. This e-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/vouchers issued by Times Square.
7. Each e-Voucher can be redeemed once only.
8. This e-Voucher must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
9. This e-Voucher cannot be used to purchase any gift card and dining voucher.
10. This e-Voucher is not for sale, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable. Times Square Limited reserves the right to collect or cancel the e-Voucher used for sale.
11. All transactions with the use of e-Voucher are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets; and can just exchange to other items according to the corresponding policies of each participating outlet (if applicable).
12. The use of e-Vouchers is subject to the respective terms and conditions. Please contact participating F&B outlets for more details.
13. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of this e-Voucher without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.

1. This e-Coupon can only be used for spending at the participating outlets at Times Square and valid for 30 days from the issue date. Expired and unused e-Coupon will neither be extended nor re-issued.
2. One $150 Shopping e-Coupon can be used upon spending of HK$300 or above at the participating outlets at Times Square.
3. A maximum of THREE e-Coupon can be used in each transaction.
4. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons/vouchers issued by Times Square.
5. Each transaction can only use e-coupons under the same member’s account.
6. Each e-Coupon can be redeemed once only.
7. This e-Coupon must be presented before payment. No retrospective arrangement can be made.
8. This e-Coupon cannot be used to purchase any gift card and dining voucher.

General Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion period is from 29 September 2023 to 8 October 2023. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall on the same day.
2. Customers are required to register as Times Square Member at https://timessquare.com.hk/member/index.php to join this promotion and enjoy the rewards. Each customer can register as Member ONCE only. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Member to present their proof of identity for verification.
3. Each customer can redeem Reward 1 or Reward 2 once per day, as well as the 7pm+ Extra Reward and Top up offer once per day.
4. Throughout the promotion period, customer can redeem a total of five times, including a mix of Reward 1 and Reward 2, as well as a maximum of five redemptions for the 7pm+ Extra Reward. Limited daily quota applies to Reward 1, Reward 2, and 7pm+ Extra Reward on first come first served basis while stock lasts, while limited quota applies to Top up offer during the entire promotion period. Redemption will be terminated accordingly without prior notice. Customers can enquire about the status of reward distribution at redemption counter.
5. To redeem 7pm+ Extra Reward, customer must present the receipt of Times Square’s designated shopping or F&B outlets showing transaction made on the same day at or after 7pm. The transaction time is subject to the time printed on the receipt. Each customer can redeem a maximum of THREE HK$150 Shopping e-Coupons per day.
6. Emperor Cinema Movie Voucher can be used at Emperor Cinema of Times Square only. Customers should refer to the movie voucher for respective usage terms and details
7. Each set of eligible receipts can only be used to redeem reward once. Eligible receipts used in this Program cannot be re-used for other promotions at the Mall, and any amount exceeding the spending requirement for redemption cannot be retained and used for other promotions (except Times Square VIC redemption and parking offer).
8. Members must redeem the rewards in person. Redemption by sales staff of Times Square tenants and other persons on behalf of Members will not be accepted.
9. Designated electronic payment methods only include EPS, Credit Card, Octopus, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BoC Pay, PayMe from HSBC, Wechat Pay, Alipay, Tap & Go, Unionpay QR Code, RewardCash and Cash Dollars.
10. To join the promotion, Members are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Times Square’s outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) (can accumulate a designated number of slips from different outlets by the same Member). Members are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). Cash, Gift Card/Voucher of Times Square & any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted.
11. To be eligible for redemption, all machine-printed receipt(s) and electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record (s) of logged-in mobile payment App must be supplemented with the corresponding physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/Octopus Card(s), showing the same name/card number of the Member. Times Square Limited reserves the right to request Members to present their proof of identity and capture the images of machine-printed receipt(s) from outlet(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s)/transaction record(s) in logged-in mobile payment App for verification and internal control purposes. Times Square Limited reserves the right to not process the redemption if Members refuse to provide the relevant information. Related images collected are retained for the above purposes only and will be destroyed within three months upon the completion of the campaign.
12. Value-adding receipts, transaction for purchasing or spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards are NOT eligible for redemption. Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment, medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, wedding banquets, private and corporate functions at F&B outlets are NOT eligible. For instalment transactions, only the first month’s instalment payment amount will be accepted for this promotion. Duplicate, photocopied, handwritten receipts and splitting of receipts are NOT accepted. Treatment services receipts of SHISEIDO GINZA TOKYO (Suite 1701 Tower 1), Sulwhasoo (Suite 1501-3 Tower 1), Bipo (Suite 1702A, Tower 1), Polyvision’s (Suite 1703-5 Tower 1) and PicoLabb Wellness (Suite 1504b Tower 1), Pop-up and Bazaar are not accepted for related promotions.
13. E-Vouchers and e-Coupons can be used in designated participating outlets only. List of designated participating merchants and coupon usage terms can refer to Times Square website.
14. Customers should refer to e- Vouchers and e-Coupons for respective usage terms and details. Non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption.
15. Times Square Limited reserves the right to change the terms & conditions and the list of participating outlets in relation to the use of e-Vouchers and e-Coupons without prior notice.
16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Times Square Limited and the participating outlets shall be the final.
