While the high summer sun is shining, Lady M releases the Green Apple Mousse Cake which, with its bright fruity aromas and airy texture, will keep cake lovers refreshed on the hottest days. The complex taste of the Green Apple Mousse Cake is derived from its various components: atop a buttery cake base with hints of cinnamon, the green apple mousse forms the outer ring of the cake and creates a delightful visual contrast against the ring of mascarpone creamy mousse inside. At the center of the dessert, the translucent green apple jelly offers a balanced flavor between sweet and sour, while dices of fresh apple inside provide an additional crunch. The cake will be available from 12 July. Whole cakes can be pre-ordered online on the same day, to be picked up on 19 July or later.

Lady M’s cooling summer line-up also includes the duo of Summer Refreshers. Iced Oolong Milk Cap Tea features fragrant oolong tea enhanced by a silky layer of milk foam on top. Iced Popcorn Hazelnut Latte is covered with rich whipped cream and crunchy sweet popcorn. Service of two Refreshers will begin on 12 July.
